If something went wrong during your lesson or you weren't able to complete it, you can ask for your lesson to be returned.
- You can only ask for a lesson to be returned from the website, not the app.
- Report the problem right away. Then, be sure to take or schedule a new lesson before 3:00am on Monday.
1. Go to your Lesson History and click on the lesson.
2. Click [Help] and follow the steps.
