Find your weekly refresh time and your daily limit on the left side of your homepage by clicking the icon.
Click [Schedule a lesson]. Then select the lesson length, day/time and available tutor. |
How to start a scheduled lesson
Click [Join lesson] in the Scheduled lessons section on your homepage.
Your lesson will start and end at the scheduled time. For example, a 30-minute lesson scheduled for 12:00pm will start at 12:00pm and end at 12:30pm.
(If the student or tutor does not enter the classroom within the first 10 minutes, the lesson will be automatically cancelled.)
What to do if you can't attend your lesson
If you aren't able to attend your lesson, please reschedule or cancel it at least 12 hours in advance. If you don't, you may not be able to use those minutes again.
What to do if your tutor misses your lesson
If your tutor doesn't answer your call, don't close the tab, window, or app. Instead click the [Cancel] button to get your lesson back right away.
If your minutes aren't returned for any reason, follow these steps:
- Go to Progress then History and click on the lesson
- Click on the [Help] icon and follow the steps
You can then schedule another lesson for later that day or another day that same week. There's no need to contact us.
Change your plan by clicking your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then [Subscription]. |
You can pause your plan for 1-4 weeks. To pause your child’s plan, you'll need to write us.
- Log in to your account and click on your profile pic
- Go to Account settings and then Subscription
- Click [PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION] then, choose the start date and length
To cancel your current plan, please write us.
