From your dashboard, click <Schedule a lesson>. Then select the lesson length, day/time and available tutor.
10 minutes before your scheduled lesson, your lesson will appear at the top of your dashboard. Click the lesson to enter the classroom lobby.
What to do if you can't attend your lesson
If you aren't able to attend your lesson, please reschedule or cancel it more than 12 hours in advance. If you don't, you may not be able to use those minutes again.
What to do if your tutor misses your lesson
If your tutor doesn't answer your call, don't close the tab, window, or app. Instead click <Cancel lesson> to get your lesson back right away.
If your minutes aren't returned for any reason, follow these steps:
- Under Progress, click Lesson History and then the lesson
- Click <Help> on the right hand side of the screen then follow the steps
Then you can schedule another lesson for later that day or another day that same week. There's no need to contact us.
You can pause your plan for 1-4 weeks from the Subscription section in your Account settings.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime.
(For certain downgrades, you'll need to write us.)
To cancel your current plan, please write us.
Go back to the main Help Center page. Scroll to the bottom and click <Submit a Request>.
Unsubscribe from Cambly emails
Go to the Notifications section of your Account settings to unsubscribe or choose which type of emails you'd like to receive from Cambly.
You can submit an account deletion request from your Account settings page when you are logged in to the Cambly website.
