Find your weekly refresh time and your daily limit in the [Your plan] section of your homepage when logged in.
Click [Open Calendar] in the Scheduled lessons section of your homepage, select a date, and then choose:
- type of lesson
Click [Join lesson] in the Scheduled lessons section of your homepage.
Your lesson will start and end at the scheduled time, even if you're late! For example, a 30-minute lesson scheduled for 12:00pm will start at 12:00pm and end at 12:30pm.
If you aren't able to attend your lesson, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.
If you don't cancel the lesson in advance, you may not be able to use those minutes again.
If your tutor doesn't answer your call, don't close the tab, window, or app. Instead click the [Cancel] button to get your lesson back right away.
If your minutes aren't returned for any reason, follow these steps:
- Go to your Lesson history and click on the lesson
- Click on the [Help] icon and follow the steps
You can then schedule another lesson for later that day or another day that same week. There's no need to contact us.
You can change your plan anytime from the [Your plan] section of your homepage when logged in.
You can pause your plan for either 7 or 14 days. To pause your child’s plan, you'll need to write us.
- Log in to your account and click on your profile pic
- Go to the Subscription section of your Account settings
- Click [PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION] then, choose the start date and length
To cancel your current plan, please write us.
Go back to the main Help Center page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click [Submit a Request].
You can submit an account deletion request from your Account settings page when you are logged in to the Cambly website.
Go to the Notifications section of your Account settings to unsubscribe or choose which type of emails you'd like to receive from Cambly.
