If your tutor cancels at the last minute or doesn’t attend the lesson, Cambly will automatically return your minutes. It usually just takes about 10 minutes!
You can then schedule another lesson for later that day or another day that same week. There's no need to contact us unless you aren't able to schedule another lesson.

You can pause your plan for either 7 or 14 days.
You can pause your child’s plan but you will need to write us with the dates you’d like to pause their learning plan. Then, we can do it for you!
You can unsubscribe from Cambly emails any time by navigating to your Notifications page. On this page, you can check and uncheck the boxes to choose which type of emails you would like to receive from Cambly.
You can submit an account deletion request from your Account Settings page when you are logged on to the Cambly website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to start the process of permanently deleting your account and all of your personal information.
You can change your plan anytime through your Cambly account on your mobile device or on the web. In the app, you can click Menu>Subscription> and change your plan, or visit the "Subscriptions" page.
To cancel your plan, you will need to send a request to the help center while logged in to your account. When you write in, please let us know why you want to cancel, so we can see if we can help!
