If your tutor doesn't answer at the scheduled time, click <Leave> and follow the directions.
If your minutes aren't returned for any reason, follow these steps:
- Go to your Lesson History under Progress and click on the lesson.
- Then click <Help> on the right-hand side and follow the steps.
You can immediately call one of the excellent tutors who are online or schedule another lesson for any time before your weekly minutes refresh.
There's no need to contact us.
