We're so sorry to hear that your tutor was not able to attend your scheduled lesson! We take every measure to prevent last-minute cancellations but unfortunately, just as you may run into unexpected personal and technical issues, so do your tutors.
If you call your tutor and they do not answer, be sure to press the [Cancel] button in the lobby instead of closing the tab, window, or app!
If your minutes haven't been returned for any reason, you can request for them to be returned!
First, go to the [Progress] page and click on the lesson. Press the [Help] button and follow the steps! Be sure to make your request and schedule a new lesson before 3 am on Monday.
You can then schedule another lesson for later that day or another day that same week. Or, you can immediately call one of the excellent tutors who are online!
Be sure to have a new lesson before 3 am on Monday.
There's no need to contact us unless you aren't able to schedule another lesson.
