You can change your plan anytime through your Cambly account on your mobile device or on the web. In the app, you can click "Menu" and change your plan, or visit the "Subscriptions" webpage.

If you want to downgrade your plan to fewer months than your current plan send a request to the help center (when you are logged in).
The unused value of your current plan will be applied to the cost of your new plan. Your new plan will begin the next time your minutes refresh at 3 am.
