-
Your new plan will begin the next day when your minutes refresh at 3 am.
-
Any difference between the cost of your new plan and the remaining credit on your old plan will remain as a credit on your account. You can request a refund of this credit by sending a request to the Help Center (when you are logged in).
-
There are no fees for changing your plan.
Here’s an example using simple numbers to show you how it works. For this example, we’ll use USD as the currency but these are not real prices. To see our prices and discounts visit our Subscription page.
Example
You have a 12-month plan for 60 minutes per day, 5 days per week. (12/60/5)
You want to downgrade to a 12-month plan for 30 minutes per day, 3 days per week. (12/30/3)
You bought the plan in December and you make the change on April 12th:
-
Your new plan will start at 3am on April 13th.
-
It will expire on April 13th of the following year.
Payment Calculations
-
You used 4 months of your current plan
-
The total plan cost $960. [The price per month for a 12/60/5 plan is $100. You receive a 20% discount for committing to 12 months $100*0.8 = $80/month. $960 for 12 months]
-
You have used $320 [$80*4]
-
Credit = $640 [This is the unused value of your plan. $960 - $320]
-
You want to downgrade to a 12/30/3 plan
-
The plan costs $720. [The price per month for a 12/30/3 plan is $75. You receive a 20% discount for committing to 12 months $75*0.8 = $60/month. $720 for 12 months].
-
