Other common problems can come from anything that disrupts service on Cambly, so please try disabling antivirus software or firewalls before connecting to Cambly. Corporate networks, universities, and other public wifi sources sometimes block the ports that Cambly needs in order to communicate with our servers.
Students have also improved their connection with these tricks:
- close any programs or applications running in the background of your device
- make sure there are no other devices using your network while you're trying to chat on Cambly
- move closer to your router or plug directly into it if possible
