How to cancel
Submit a request while logged in to your account. Let us know why you want to cancel, so we can see if we can help.

How cancelling works
Cambly offered you a discount when you committed to a 12-month plan. When you cancel, you lose your discount because you are breaking that commitment.

You'll be charged the full price for the time that your plan was active (from the purchase date until the date you submitted a request).
- You won't qualify for a refund if the cost of the days you've already used without the discount is higher than the amount you paid for the whole plan. In this situation, it’s best to keep taking lessons until your plan expires.

Any discount you used is cancelled for any future purchases.
These aren't real prices, they’re just an example:
You have a 12-month plan that you've used for 6 months. With a 20% discount, you paid $960.
- Monthly price without a discount is $100
- Cost of 6 months is $600 (6x$100)
- You'd be refunded $360
