If you have forgotten your Cambly password or you cannot log in to your account you can reset the password by following these steps:
1. Open the password reset page.
2. Enter the email address registered on your account and click <Request password reset>
A link for resetting your password will then be sent to the email registered on your account. It may take up to 10 minutes for the reset email to arrive. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
If you are still unable to reset your password, please use our Lost Credentials form:
- Only use this form if you have lost access to your account
- Please be careful not to include any passwords on your request form
- Depending on weekends and holidays, it may take 48-72 hours to hear back from our support team

Strong passwords include a mixture of upper and lower case letters, special characters ($, ?, etc), and numbers. It should be at least 8 characters in length.
Keep your account details safe
Your Cambly account is for your personal use. Don't share your password with other people. If you think that someone has your log in details, change them.
