If you're on a call and you experience video or audio issues:
- Make sure you are not covering the camera or the microphone
- Check your cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
- Restart the app and try to reconnect
- Restart your device and try to connect again
- Check your battery. If your battery is low, charge your device.
