If we're not able to charge you on your due date, you've missed an installment. We understand there could be many reasons your payment wasn't successful.
Here's some information that should help keep your plan active:
1. Your due date can't be changed. Pausing your plan will not change your due date.
2. To make a past due payment, update your payment information.
- You can enter the same card or add a new one depending on your situation. We'll immediately try to charge you again.
- If your payment still isn't successful, contact your card issuer. Only they can resolve these issues.
3 days past due
Your plan is suspended until payment is received. Any minutes/days lost during the suspension won't be returned.
30 days past due
Your plan will be automatically canceled. Any unused value of your plan will be returned as a credit to your Cambly account. Any lessons you scheduled after the cancellation date will be cancelled.
