Sorry that you haven’t received your refund yet.
When you tell us you want a refund we take action straight away to refund your money but it may take your bank or your payment provider up to 7 business days to send the refund to you.
- Remember to check the card that you used to pay for Cambly.
- Remember if there is credit on your account you need to ask for a refund by sending a request to the help center when you are logged in.
*Occasionally if you look at your account while waiting for a refund it can look like you have a charge on your account from Cambly. Don’t be alarmed, we are not charging you again! This is a quirk of the banking system, and when the bank has finished accepting the transaction, your account will update to correctly show a refund.
