You can pause your plan when you don’t have enough time to practice. Go to the Subscription section of your Account Settings to pause your plan.
However, there are two reasons you may not be able to pause your plan:
1. It is the first day of your plan. You will need to choose the next day to start your pause. i.e. You purchased your plan on the 25th. You can start your pause from the 26th onwards.
2. If you try to pause your plan again before you've had a full month of lessons. i.e. If your last pause ended on June 1st, you won't be able to pause again until July 1st.
Still, we understand that the unexpected happens in life. So, if you need to pause your plan again or for longer than 14 days, please send a request. We will be happy to offer you a one-time courtesy! To send a request to Cambly Support, make sure you are already logged in to your account. Then, go back to the main Help Center page and click the [Submit a Request] button at the bottom.
