Sorry that you are having trouble viewing a video of your lesson.
Usually the playback of your video is available immediately after your lesson has finished. But, there are a few reasons why this might not have happened.
- Sometimes the video needs to be compressed before it is available to you. This means it uses less space and it is easier to send on the internet. This process can take some time depending on the length of your lesson.
- From time to time Cambly tests new video platforms. We do this so that we can use the most reliable technology to connect students and tutors. If your class takes place on one of these test platforms you may not be able to download the video after the class has ended but you should be able to watch your lesson on Cambly. Sometimes it may take 2 hours for the video to become available.
- Sometimes a technical error occurs and the lesson does not get recorded or it stops recording. This doesn’t happen often but it may be the reason why you cannot see your lesson or why the recording of your lesson is shorter than the lesson you had with the tutor.
We hope you understand and we apologize for any inconvenience.
