Common lesson video issues:

The video might need to be compressed before it is available to you. This could take up to 24 hours.
- A browser extension or add-on might conflict with video playback or cause errors.
- On rare occasions, a lesson may not be recorded due to a technical issue.
- Occasionally, privacy laws may allow tutors to request we delete their personal information. This might result in your lesson videos with them disappearing.
If you still aren't able to view your lesson video after 24 hours, please contact us.
