Test 2: Speed Test will show you the download and upload speeds of your connection. If you're noticing problems please test you speed and let us know what your speed is when you contact us.
Another common problem can come from firewalls or antivirus software, please try disabling any antivirus or firewall before connecting to Cambly. Corporate networks, Universities, and other public wifi sources sometimes block ports Cambly needs to communicate with our servers.
