If you're going on holiday, starting a new job, or something unexpected comes up, you can pause your subscription for 7 or 14 days.
The same number of days are added to the end of your plan. So, you'll have all of your lessons. For example, if your plan was set to end on the 1st of the month, and you pause for 7 days, your new end date will be the 8th.
HOW TO PAUSE
- Log in to your account and click on your profile pic
- Go to the Subscription section of your Account settings
- Click [PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION] then, choose the start date and length
You can't schedule or take lessons during the pause period even if you have Anytime minutes. You'll see 0 minutes available until the pause is over. Any lessons scheduled during this period are automatically cancelled.
You won't be able to pause your plan again until you've had a full month of lessons. For example, if your pause ends on June 1, you can't pause again until July 1.
We don't send a notification when your pause ends. Remember to set yourself a reminder to start your lessons again.
