Repeating lessons allow you to schedule private lessons in advance with your favorite tutor for months at a time. You can set up a long-term schedule that can last as long as your subscription does!
Repeating lessons automatically schedule a weekly lesson at the same time on the same day with the same tutor. You can even have more than one repeating lesson per week with the same tutor or a different tutor.
How?
Speak with your tutor. You can message your tutor or speak to them during your lesson. Be sure to give them all the details they'll need!
- day of the week
- time of day (and your timezone)
- two other days/times that would work for you
Accept the invitation.* Once your tutor has set up your repeating lessons, you can accept right from your dashboard. You'll also get an email where you can accept.
* Be sure to accept at least 12 hours before the first lesson. Or, these repeating lessons will be cancelled and you'll have to start over with your tutor.
Changing or Cancelling
1- It's not possible to change the time, day of the week, or duration of repeating lessons. You will need to cancel all of the lessons and then set up new repeating lessons with your tutor.
2- However, if you won't be able to attend just one of your repeating lessons on time, or at all, you can cancel. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
We always want to remind both students and tutors to value each other's time. If you cancel in advance, you'll be able to use the minutes again. If you don't, you will not be able to use those minutes again.
